clickUP Ultra Phase 3 (2025): All second-year and third-year modules were created in clickUP Ultra from January 2025.

EI has scheduled clickUP Ultra training workshops to support clickUP Users in preparing for the clickUP Ultra implementation.
Lecturers:
Lecturers can participate in a series of workshops designed around the core functions they perform in clickUP. These award-winning workshops offer flexibility, allowing participants to attend sessions either consecutively within a single week or distributed across different training cycles. The qualitative Ultra training course feedback from the lecturers in 2024 highlights several key points:
- 96% of lecturers felt that attending all five workshops was worth their time;
- lecturers plan to redesign their modules in clickUP Ultra;
- advise peers to invest time in the workshops; and
- found the experience enjoyable, positively influencing their use of clickUP Ultra.
Moreover, the Ultra training team received an international award for the newly developed Ultra training courses.
