When you need to use MS Teams take the following actions:
- Access MS Teams.
- Sign in with your username, u+staff number@up.ac.za (e.g. u12345678@up.ac.za) and UP Portal Password.
- Click on the Calendar.
- Create the meeting providing the date and time of the meeting as well as the session settings.
- Copy the link of this MS Teams meeting.
- Access clickUP.
- Create a Web link to the MS Teams link.
If you record the session, it is strongly advised to download the recording and add it on YouTube. Provide the link to the recording in your clickUP course.
