# Request access to non-academic clickUP modules

When you need to get access to "special" modules, for example residence, class reps, student development modules, etc., please send an email to [e-support](mailto:e-support@up.ac.za) or contact the [Instructional Designer](https://clickup-help.up.ac.za/docs/contact-information){target=`_blank`} allocated to your Faculty.

Include in the subject line **Request access to non-academic clickUP module.**

Provide your staff number as well as the name of the non-academic clickUP module.
