# Tips when working with content

It is good practice to:

* Curate the most important information that will address the outcomes of the course. This resource will assist you with more ideas of how to select content:

* Do not upload your video files to clickUP - it is not a video streaming tool. Rather upload the videos to YouTube or a shared drive and create the links in clickUP.

## When to use a Learning Module and when to use Folders

| Learning Module | Folder |
| --- | --- |
| Used to **structure** a learning path. | **Unstructured** content grouped together. |
|Easy navigation with forward and backward arrows | Layered on top. Close with X. |
| Switch on force sequence. |   |

Both can be copied from past courses as a block of materials.

:::(Error) (DO NOT)
If you only have one document, do not add it to a Folder or Learning Module - that will result in an unneccessary click.
