# Virtual Classroom Options

## Virtual Classroom Options at UP

  
    

The University of Pretoria (UP) provides two primary virtual classroom platforms for staff and students: Class Collaborate and Class for Teams (newly integrated in 2026). Both tools are seamlessly integrated directly into clickUP to support interactive online and hybrid learning.

  
 
    

## How to Access Virtual Classrooms in clickUP

    

**• Class Collaborate:** Navigate to the Content tab and access it via the Details & Actions menu on the right side of the screen.

**• Class for Teams:**  On your course page, click the + (plus) icon and select the Content Market option to launch the tool.

## What is Class for Teams?

Class for Teams is a specialized virtual classroom platform built directly on top of Microsoft Teams. It transforms standard video conferencing into a highly interactive educational environment by layering dedicated instructor-led tools, persistent virtual rooms, and seamless Learning Management System (LMS) integration.
