This report provide detail information about a student, i.e. race, age, gender and programme registered for. Therefore, consider the confidentiality of the data – act ethically and within the POPI act requirements!

This report displays course access, minutes spent online, interactions, submissions and grades information of registered students. It also contains sensitive information for example: age, gender and race. Another valuable column of information is the Academic Plan that the student registered for. This is especially useful when you have students from various study programmes taking your course.

When will you use the report

To identify:

  • How much time students are spending online on your course.
  • How students' are interacting.
  • What students' grades look like.
  • Who are submitting their assessments.
Keep the data up to date

If a student stopped attending the course but did not deregister for the course, it will scew the data of this report. If you suspect inactivity, contact the student and ask them to deregister at Academic Administration.
